Our Delivery Promise

All standard goods that are ordered from our Web site service and are in stock will be delivered within 7 days. Within mainland Britain the delivery is FREE.(we will endeavour to make next day deliveries where possible).
Free excludes Scottish Islands postcodes(AB31-AB38, AB41-AB43, AB45,AB51-AB56, IV1-IV40,FK19-FK21,KA27-KA28,KW1-KW14,PA20-PA40,PH19-PH40,PH60 and Northern Ireland where there is a surcharge payable (please ask for a quotation before ordering)

If you have provided us with your email address, as soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Deliveries are made by TNT or ANC couriers and drivers will attempt the delivery twice, on successive days whenever possible. In the event that you are not home at the time of the delivery, a card will be left. You can then either wait for the second delivery attempt or phone the TNT or ANC number to make an arrangement to collect from their local depot at a convenient time.

The TNT or ANC couriers local depot number will be detailed on the card that is left by the driver.

If we are still unable to make a successful delivery after two attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. You can then request the order to be re-delivered but this will incur an extra delivery cost unless the delivery error is due to failure on the part of Gardenmachinetools.com or TNT or ANC couriers, in which case Gardenmachinetools.com will re-deliver free of charge.

In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. We will then either re-deliver your order or you may opt to receive a full refund.

Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the 7 day guarantee period. In many cases we are able to process and dispatch orders overnight. It is our intention to exceed expectations whenever possible.

General terms of delivery
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses
Delivery times apply only to products in stock
In cases of items being out of stock, we will deliver as soon as new stock arrives
Our couriers work throughout the day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) so your order may arrive any time between 9.00am and 5.30pm - all deliveries must be signed for
Products may be dispatched from several locations and may therefore arrive separately - you will not incur additional delivery charges under these circumstances.
For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to communal postal address or a PO BOX - if this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible
We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Returns & Cancellations

You have a statutory right to cancel your order by telephoning or emailing a cancellation request up to and including the 7th day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the date on which you receive your order and then receive a full refund for any item(s) purchased. Any item(s) returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

To make the returning of goods easier, you may send any unwanted goods back to Gardenmachinetools.com.

If you choose not to return your goods, we will arrange for the goods to be collected, but customers are required to be at the specified collection address in order to hand goods over to our carrier. Goods will not be collected from outside a delivery address.

Returns are free of charge provided that arrangements are made within 7 days of the goods being received. Returned goods should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they are faulty.

Gardenmachinetools.com does not accept the return of items that have been used and have been held by the customer beyond the 7 day cooling off period unless they are faulty.
